Hotel group fails in challenge over ex parte communications
Radisson has failed to overturn a partial award in an ICC dispute over a hotel in Istanbul on the basis that the hotel group continued to participate in the arbitration after obtaining knowledge of its ground of challenge: ex parte communications between a tribunal member and the party that appointed her, which included the sharing of emails showing the tribunal's deliberations.
