Witnesses face subpoenas in Australian dairy dispute

A court in Melbourne has granted the receivers and managers of an insolvent Australian holding company leave to issue subpoenas requiring two individuals to appear for cross-examination before a sole arbitrator in a US$41.5 million UNCITRAL dispute over the sale of a dairy business.
