White & Case fined over conflict of interest in oligarch dispute
White & Case has been fined £250,000 in the UK for failing to identify a conflict of interest in a US$2 billion dispute over Ukrainian iron assets - while a senior arbitration partner known for Russia-related work was personally fined £50,000 for his role.
