Ukraine accuses Russia of aggravating maritime dispute

Ukraine has informed an arbitral tribunal hearing its case against Russia over waters off Crimea that the dispute has been "significantly aggravated" as a result of Russia’s “firing [at] and seizure” of Ukrainian vessels among other actions.
