UK injunction against funding of ICSID claim upheld

The Court of Appeal in London has upheld an injunction that prevents a UK company from funding a US$6 billion ICSID claim against Turkey, finding a judge was within his rights to conclude there was a serious issue as to the authenticity of the share purchase at the heart of the arbitration.
