UK and Fujitsu reach agreement in dispute over NHS system

Amid Brexit turmoil, the UK government has reportedly found time to negotiate the settlement of a £700 million dispute with Japan’s Fujitsu over a cancelled contract to upgrade an IT system for the National Health Service, after it led to questions in parliament about the use of arbitration to resolve disputes affecting the country’s taxpayers.
