Turkish group liable in Algerian hotel dispute

An ICC tribunal has found a Turkish construction group liable in a dispute over a €100 million Marriott hotel project in Algeria – after finding that the law of the seat chosen by the arbitral institution prevailed when it came to determining whether non-signatories were bound by the arbitration agreement.
