Turkey denied discovery for ICSID case
Turkey has failed in a fresh bid to obtain evidence from a businessman for use in an ICSID case over the alleged expropriation of a newspaper business – after a US court ruled there was a risk he could incriminate himself in criminal proceedings pending against him in the Turkish courts.
