Thailand’s top administrative court reinstates rail award

Vanina Sucharitkul, senior lecturer at Paris-Decartes University and member of the ICC Court, reports on a decision by Thailand’s Supreme Administrative Court reinstating an award worth over US$385 million arising from a cancelled rail project – five years after it was controversially annulled.
