Swiss court to consider Crimea awards in public
In a rare move, Switzerland’s top court has said that it will hold a public hearing to deliberate on Russia's bid to set aside two UNCITRAL awards that upheld jurisdiction over treaty claims by Ukrainian investors over property seized in Crimea.
