Russian court rules unlicensed foreign institutions can act as appointing authority

A Moscow court has ruled that foreign arbitral institutions without a licence to administer cases in Russia can nonetheless perform certain functions in relation to ad hoc arbitrations in the country, including appointing arbitrators.
