Canadian miner reports win in Zambian electricity dispute

A subsidiary of Canada’s First Quantum Minerals has won an UNCITRAL claim against a Zambian state entity over electricity supplies to its copper mining facilities in the country – a dispute that also gave rise to an English court injunction.
