An FG Hemisphere for Dubai?
The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre are to decide whether they can rule on United Arab Emirates law on sovereign immunity, after Kurdistan raised the issue in an attempt to block enforcement of awards worth over US$2 billion in favour of the UAE's Dana Gas and Crescent Petroleum.

Kurdistan told to pay costs ahead of damages hearing
An LCIA tribunal has ordered the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq to pay over US$14 million in costs, ahead of a hearing on a United Arab Emirates gas consortium's claim for more than US$26.5 billion in damages relating to two petroleum fields.
