Deripaska tests Montenegro’s mettle at ICSID
An aluminium company owned by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska that saw its ICSID claim against Montenegro dismissed earlier this year has applied to have the award annulled – at the same time launching litigation against the state in the Cypriot courts.
