Shell faces claim over Malaysian oil platform

A Malaysian state-owned shipping company has filed a US$245 million arbitration claim in Kuala Lumpur against a local subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell over the lease of a platform for one of the country’s biggest offshore oil fields.
