PCA hears oil investor’s claim against Peru

A tribunal at the Permanent Court of Arbitration is hearing a US$90 million investment treaty claim against Peru brought by a former citizen who alleges he lost a bid to operate two oil blocks because of bribes paid to a former president of the country.
