First created in 1994 as the ‘Centre for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration’, the current Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is an autonomous, permanent, non-profit institution that provides the local, regional and international business communities with a high calibre of arbitration services and facilities at competitive rates.Located on the 14th floor of the magnificent glass quarters of the Dubai Chamber premises, the DIAC provides a variety of alternative dispute resolution services such as commercial arbitration and resolution of disputes that occur among trading parties with the help of internationally qualified arbitrators who have extensive knowledge and experience in international arbitration.Being the largest arbitration centre in the Middle East, the DIAC is committed to ensuring efficient, flexible and impartial administration of disputes.
