British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (BVIIAC)

The BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI lAC) was established under the British Virgin Islands Arbitration Act 2013 (the Act) to provide support and facilities for BVI arbitration and mediation proceedings. Its main functions are: to provide facilities for the conduct of arbitral proceedings in the BVI; to provide essential dispute resolution services for the conduct of arbitral and mediation proceedings; to receive and process documents on behalf of parties that choose to settle their disputes through arbitration in the BVI; to provide necessary support to arbitral tribunals established under the Act to facilitate the conduct of arbitral proceedings; to perform all duties imposed by the Act; and to perform such other function as may be related or incidental to the efficient and effective functioning of the BVI lAC.
