Moldova held liable in case over farm leases
UPDATED. An ICSID tribunal has held Moldova liable for expropriating the investments of a US-Polish dual national in two out of three villages in a dispute over farm leases, ordering the state to pay US$400,000 of a claim that has been valued from US$3 million to US$15 million.
