Malmström lays out EU plans for multilateral investment court

European Union trade commissioner Cecelia Malmström has laid out the EU’s plans for a multilateral investment court, saying that it believes “systemic reform” of investor state dispute settlement is needed and having a permanent body to resolve disputes is the “only one of the options on the table that can effectively address…concerns”.
