Kosovan minister’s company may proceed with ICSID claim

An ICSID tribunal has ruled that the participation of a Kosovan minister in a claim against his own government was “possibly unprecedented” but not procedurally unfair, finding he was entitled to the same protections as any other businessman legitimately operating through a foreign company.
