Kazakhstan must pay up, says ICSID annulment committee

As Kazakhstan announces a major arbitration settlement worth over US$1 billion in its favour, it has emerged that an ICSID annulment committee has said the state must pay a US$30 million award in favour of a Turkish company whose investments at the port of Aktau on the Caspian Sea were seized by court bailiffs.
