Iraqi oil suit dismissed in Virginia
A judge in Virginia has dismissed a Swiss commodities trader’s lawsuit against two US-based brothers over a deal to export fuel oil from Iraq, adding that she would have ordered the dispute to go to LCIA arbitration in London if she had the power to do so.
