ICSID committee rebuffs Guaidó

An ICSID committee has rejected arguments by the special attorney general appointed by Venezuela’s opposition leader Juan Guaidó that lawyers instructed by the government of President Nicolás Maduro no longer have authority to represent the state in an annulment proceeding.
