ICCA and ASIL launch task force on damages

The International Council for Commercial Arbitration and American Society of International Law have formed a new task force on damages in international arbitration co-chaired by Catherine Amirfar of Debevoise & Plimpton and Gabrielle Nater-Bass of Homburger.
