Guaidó government appeals seizure of PDVSA assets

Venezuela's government-in-exile led by opposition leader Juan Guaidó has asked the US Supreme Court to overturn a ruling that allowed the attachment of shares in a US refinery business owned by state oil and gas company PDVSA, saying the decision has “serious foreign policy implications”.
