Enforcement of Japanese award upheld in Hong Kong

A Hong Kong court has refused to set aside an enforcement order for a US$22.1 million Japan Commercial Arbitration Association award in a dispute between Taiwanese and Japanese manufacturers over the sale of electrolytic capacitors, finding the tribunal had shown no actual bias.
