Egypt defeats second claim by cotton investors

An ICSID tribunal has dismissed a US$500 million claim brought against Egypt by a US-based family over their investments in a cotton venture – almost two decades after a tribunal at the centre dismissed a claim by members of the same family based on their dual nationality.
