Dutch court unfreezes Kazakh assets in ICSID dispute

A Dutch court has unfrozen US$500 million in assets owned by a Kazakhstan sovereign fund that were attached by an ICSID award creditor – two months after lifting an attachment obtained by other arbitral creditors over the same assets.
