COUNSEL LIST UPDATED: An UNCITRAL tribunal seated in Singapore has ordered New Zealand dairy co-op Fonterra to pay €105 million to France’s Danone to cover the costs of recalling baby formula after a false botulism scare, out of hundreds of millions more claimed.
