This small firm is a special find for those seeking a blend of common law and civil law-trained lawyers in Paris.

Created in 1985 by lawyers from French and US firms, today it has six partners and nine associates. Partner Patrick Bernard was an assistant to the late arbitration luminary Philippe Fouchard at Paris University and is a member of the French Committee of Arbitration. Alexander Blumrosen, who was born and educated in the US, is a member of the French national ICC committee and regularly acts as counsel in commercial arbitrations.
