Xingyu Wan

Xingyu Wan is an associate at the Beijing office of Zhong Lun and specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. She has experience working on cases involving investment treaty issues, international sale of goods, private equity investment and general commercial contracts. She has been admitted to the practice of law in both the PRC and the New York State.

Xingyu received the master of law degree from Georgetown University with a certificate in international arbitration and dispute resolution. She was also awarded Thomas Bradbury Chetwood, SJ Prize for the most distinguished academic performance.
