[email protected]Woojae Kim is a partner in the International Arbitration Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and his practice focuses on international arbitration and international litigation, including large-scale construction arbitration cases. Woojae began his practice in 2009 and joined BKL in 2013. Since joining BKL, Woojae has handled various arbitration cases and has advised clients on numerous construction-related claims. He has also represented clients in investor-state disputes (ISD), including the highly publicised ISD filed by Lone Star Funds against the Korean government. Woojae also has experience representing clients in international arbitration cases involving general corporate matters, post-M&A, and energy-related disputes. Woojae is qualified in Korea and the State of New York. He holds an LLM degree from Stanford University.
