[email protected]Valerie Ang is a partner in the firm’s Singapore office and the Singapore lead for corporate disputes. She focuses her practice on corporate disputes (including shareholders’ disputes and employment disputes), international arbitration (including disputes arising in the hospitality sector), insolvency and restructuring, and other general litigation.
Valerie is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and an associate mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. She serves as a mentor with the Singapore Institute of Legal Education and also assists the Catholic Lawyer Guild with various pro bono matters.
