Thomas is a counsel in Clifford Chance’s litigation and dispute resolution practice and works between their Hong Kong and Seoul offices. He is admitted in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and as a foreign legal consultant in Seoul. Thomas is recognised as a leading young practitioner by legal publications including as a ‘Leading Individual’ by The Legal 500 (2016) and as ‘Up and Coming’ and an ‘Outstanding Young Partner’ by Chambers Asia Pacific (2016). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and regularly speaks and lectures on international arbitration at conferences and universities in the Asia-Pacific region.
