He graduated with a degree in law (LLB Hons) from Oxford Brookes University, and thereafter obtained an MA (International Law and International Relations) from Oxford Brookes University. He is a barrister-at-law of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, London and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2016. Syukran is developing a practice covering commercial, corporate, land and arbitration disputes.
