Stefan Lochner

Dr Stefan Lochner is an associate director in Frontier’s competition and energy practices. He is based in Cologne, Germany. He hold a PhD in economics from the University of Cologne (Germany), where he has worked as economic consultant since 2006. He advises a wide range of international clients on various aspects of competition and industrial economics, often in a litigation or arbitration context. Most recently, he has worked on estimating damages from contractual and competition law infringements in different European jurisdictions in a wide range of sectors, including natural gas, steel, automotive parts and air transport services. Stefan regularly provides expert witness services in civil and arbitration courts.
