Vice-President of the CAM-CCBC, Silvia is a lawyer and arbitrator in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, construction, business contracts, real estate and franchising areas, among others, in national and foreign chambers. She is experienced in arbitration and judicial and administrative litigation, in civil, commercial and consumer areas, and with the definition of procedural strategies in ongoing proceedings at all instances of the judiciary, as well as solid experience in hearings and meetings before public administration bodies, th state and federal public ministries.
