Shruti Khanijow is a principal associate in the disputes resolution practice of Khaitan & Co, New Delhi. Shruti has represented private parties and state entities in institutional (ICC, LCIA and SIAC) and ad hoc arbitrations seated in India and abroad under different governing laws. Shruti has extensive experience in cross-border commercial arbitration and related litigation. She is regularly involved in disputes relating to shareholders and corporate governance issues, environmental law and ESG risk. She advises third-party funders in funding high-stakes domestic and international disputes. She is a steering committee member of the Young International Arbitration & Mediation Centre, India.
