Shi Yan is an Assistant Registrar at the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration providing case services under the SCMA Arbitration Rules. Shi Yan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation from RMIT and a JD from the University of Melbourne. Prior to his appointment at the SCMA, Shi Yan worked at a leading aviation disputes practice and has been involved in cross-border airline and aerospace liability defence. He is admitted as an Australian Lawyer in the state of Victoria and called to the Singapore Bar.
