Shabana Farhaana Amirudin is an associate at Cecil Abraham & Partners. She is developing a practice covering all areas of the firm’s work, including construction and infrastructure disputes, commercial and corporate litigation, commercial arbitration, and medical negligence and fraud litigation. She has assisted in various notable cases and is presently involved in, among other things, several construction arbitration disputes that are confidential in nature. Shabana obtained her first degree in biomedical science from the University of Western Australia. Thereafter, she read law at the University of Leeds before completing the bar professional training course at BPP University Law School, London.

Shabana is a barrister at law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, and was called to the English Bar in 2016. She was subsequently admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2017. Shabana is also a member of the AIAC Standard Form of Building Contracts Expert Advisory Committee.
