Specialist in international commercial arbitration, particularly involving construction projects and distribution.

Ms Chaidin advises and represents clients in international commercial arbitration cases related to construction projects, post-M&A disputes, shareholders conflicts and distribution contracts. She has participated in disputes involving many international jurisdictions (including Algeria, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Chile and Perú) and administered by some of the main international arbitration courts (eg, ICC and ICSID) and Spanish arbitration courts (eg, Corte de Arbitraje de Madrid, CIMA and Corte Española de Arbitraje).

She is a member of the French Desk and regularly advises clients in disputes related to projects in North African countries.

She has lectured on commercial law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and she has coached several university teams to participate in the Madrid Moot competition on international arbitration and commercial law.

She is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club, of Arbitral Women, and of the International Distribution Institute.
