After graduating as a lawyer in Uruguay, Sandra González did an LLM at Harvard Law School. She is now a partner at Ferrere Abogados in Montevideo, Uruguay, and since last year has been the director of the firm’s litigation department. She has worked at Ferrere for 12 years, representing a number of local and multinational clients. During the past seven years, she has worked on complex - domestic and cross-border - commercial litigation as well as international arbitration. In addition, Sandra González is deputy dean of the law department at ORT University, where she has taught various law courses for the past nine years.
