[email protected]Ruxandra Ciupagea is a senior vice president at Compass Lexecon, based in Madrid and London. Ms Ciupagea has over 10 years of experience in economic consulting and has provided expert witness testimony in litigation and international arbitration matters focused on pricing, valuation and damages assessments in energy and infrastructure markets. She has extensive experience in the fields of regulated infrastructure, electric power, renewable energy, natural gas and liquefied natural gas.
Ms Ciupagea is a recognised expert witness in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration 2021 and a recognised expert in Who’s Who Legal: Energy 2020.
Ms Ciupagea is also a guest lecturer in the damages in international arbitration and energy course at the Queen Mary University of London School of Law, and a guest lecturer at the Brussels School of Competition on the regulation of the electric power and natural gas industries (both jointly with Dr Moselle).
