Romana Brueggemann's practice focuses on international and domestic arbitration as well as domestic and cross-border litigation. She advises and represents Swiss and foreign individuals and entities before Swiss courts and acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings. In addition, she advises clients with regard to internal investigations.
Romana Brueggemann has been admitted to all Swiss courts since 2016. Since 2017 she is a member of Bär & Karrer's litigation and arbitration practice teams. She holds a Law & Economics degree from the University of St. Gallen, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Lucerne.
