[email protected]Rob Palmer is a partner in Ashurst’s dispute resolution team in Singapore.
Rob has a particular focus on dispute resolution in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. Having been based in Southeast Asia since 2003, he is one of the few international practitioners in Singapore with truly long-standing experience in the region. Rob is singled out in legal directories for the quality of his advocacy and the high level of client care he provides, with client feedback (in GAR 100, 2019) describing him as ‘the best international arbitration lawyer in Asia’.
Rob is qualified in England and Wales, Australia (New South Wales) and New Zealand. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARb), the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, a member of the training faculty of the CIARb, and also sits as arbitrator.
