Rae Lindsay

Rae Lindsay is a partner with Clifford Chance LLP and co-heads the firm’s business and human rights and public international law groups. Rae advises clients across the spectrum of business and human rights-related issues including due diligence and risk management, reporting, building human rights considerations into contractual relationships, dispute avoidance and resolution. Rae is ranked as a leading practitioner of business and human rights law by Chambers Global. She is co-chair of trustees of the Institute for Human Rights and Business, a director of the Centre for Sports and Human Rights and co-chair of the IBA’s Business Human Rights Committee.
