Pavel Černohorský is a senior associate in Rowan Legal with expertise in procedural law, primarily international commercial arbitration and investment disputes, with an additional interest in labour law, debt recovery and protection of personal data. Pavel actively represents governments and corporations in international disputes under various rules (the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), etc.). He is a member of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, the Young International Arbitration Group and the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners. Pavel graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Palacký University in Olomouc. He joined Rowan Legal in 2007.
