Patrick Gerardy is an associate of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP based in the Cologne office. He joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2017. Patrick’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He has acted as counsel to clients in a wide variety of international litigations and arbitrations, with a particular focus on international commercial arbitration, cartel follow-on damages litigation, post-M&A and IP disputes. Patrick also represents clients before national courts in matters relating to the setting aside or enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as in general commercial matters. He also advises in connection with regulatory enforcement and white-collar investigations. Patrick is a guest lecturer on international arbitration at Heidelberg University and co-organiser of Cleary Gottlieb’s moot court activities in Germany. He regularly publishes in the field of litigation and international arbitration.
