Pablo Gonzalez-Casartelli is a managing director in the FTI Consulting economic and financial consulting practice, specialising in the assessment of damages in the context of international arbitrations. Pablo is based in the Washington, DC office and joined FTI Consulting in July 2009. For the past 15 years, Pablo has worked on a broad range of international arbitration and other litigation cases involving complex financial problems, valuations and damages estimations. Most of these projects involved disputes between private investors and governments related to investments in public utilities and other regulated sectors arbitrated at ICSID. Since moving from London to Washington, DC, Pablo has focused on the Latin American market and in particular in the construction sector. Pablo is an industrial engineer, holds an MBA, is a CFA charter holder, and has testified before ICSID and ICC tribunals.
